Registration, payment, abstract submission and hotel reservation will open on 01 September 2015.
– Early registration: € 350 (ends on April 08, 2016)
– Late registration: € 400 (ends on May 13, 2016)
– On-site registration: € 450 (payment in cash only)
The registration fee includes conference attendance, coffee breaks, the welcome reception and four lunches.
The signed order forms for all excursions must be received by April 08, 2016 to guarantee seating.
There might be a limited funding available for a small number of participants. Priority will be given to graduate students and postdocs. Interested participants should email the LOC with their name, date of birth, affiliation, position, the title & type of contribution (oral or poster), a short justification, CV, a recommendation letter, and the amount in euros requested, by March 04th 2016, to be considered for financial support. Applicants will be notified by April 13 and are granted an extension on the early registration deadline (and excursion payment) until April 18.
Cancellations must be received via e-mail by 03 May, 2016 for a full refund less a €30 processing charge.
Cancellations received May 04, 2016 through May 18, 2016, receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made after May 19, 2016, or persons who do not appear at the conference are not eligible for any refund (unless exceptional circumstances). The refund will be processed one month after the conference.
